STEM

Monaleen National School has received the Digital School of Distinction Award for promoting ICT learning in the classroom. We are also proud to have been awarded the Science Foundation Ireland Discover Primary Science and Maths (DPSM) Award for Excellence in Science and Maths and continue to promote STEM learning at all ages throughout our school.

In addition to the curricular areas, Monaleen National School offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities in STEM education e.g. Coding Club, Chess Club and Mathletes.
